Relevant Experience: 3-5 Experience

Roles and responsibilities:

• Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile and Blackberry)

• Research customer technical issues and pursue resolution

• Good understanding of Mobility Software. MDM, MAM, and UEM

• Prior experience with the mobility domain will be given preference.

• From time to time deliver presentations and webinars to prospective customers and partners

• Attend meetings with partners and customers for tech discussions;

• Prior Experience with UEM or Mobility domain

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a pre-sales, tech-support or consultant related role within enterprise software will be given preference

• Great communication skills, being able to speak to both technical and business counterparts on the client-side and explain technology and solutions architecture;

• Highly organized and self-motivated;

• Love to learn and have a strong interest in sales, technology, and customer interaction;

• Willingness to travel for tech discussions

• Flexible with shift timings
