Senior Product Manager

Job Title: Senior Product Manager/ Product Head

Position Purpose

Responsible for building the product shelf of alternative products for the organization. This is delivered through in-house product innovation and development.

Responsible for developing and launching tech-led advisory solutions for Institutional, Family Office and UHNI/Wealth clients.

Internal provider of subject matter expertise to teams within the organization on deliverables relating to products.

Providing regular competition analysis and regulatory updates impacting alternatives.

The role involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders through the lifecycle of the product. Responsible for creation of a knowledge repository and providing content for customer communication and marketing collateral including social media, podcasts, etc.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities:

The position is responsible for developing/improving product shelf of the organization. Responsibilities will include managing the product roadmap and supporting growth of assets and revenues across products through various initiatives.

Contributing Responsibilities

• Work with the teams to design and articulate product priorities and longer-term product strategy, including critical gap analysis.
• Tech-led product development: work with functional teams to make the products available digitally and interact regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
• Provide subject matter expertise to various functions on product related initiatives

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Minimum 10 years of experience in handling alternative investment products, good knowledge of financial products especially offshore funds.
• Tech led product development experience is a must
• Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
• Strong analytical abilities and project management skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• Graduate/ masters degree
• Candidate with post-graduation and CFA/CAIA is preferred.
• Good understanding of financial markets and wealth products
• Experience in investment products such as PMS, AIF and GIFT City funds
• Good understanding of tech-based investment solutions.
