This position requires 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on building scalable quick commerce experiences. Experience in food delivery, ride-hailing, E-commerce, or Quick-commerce operations products is preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly customer obsessed, highly energetic & skilled professional to join us as a Senior Product Manager. S/he will be the owner of the entire product suite at Blitz making it convenient for brands on the demand front as well as high experiential products for gigs on the supply front.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development strategy of the entire product suite.
• Solve real customer problems. Plan, build & release products and work closely with the technology team to meet customer needs.
• Design A/B experiments around hypothesis & build scalable products with data back decisions.
• Have strong user understanding, problem discovery and strong business judgment.
• Build products that enable zero defect & scalable processes to expand the value proposition.
• Work with cross functional teams to drive innovation & continuous improvements in the technology & systems that make users life far more convenient.
• Hire & develop the best with strong product development fundamentals, especially on user thinking with product & technology teams both.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion to build highly scalable and easy to use products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building products in food delivery or ride-hailing technology companies.
• Past Experience in E-commerce / Quick-commerce operations products.
