Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with experience in the trading space or in HNI / Institutional wealth management to join our design team. You will play a key role in planning and shaping user experiences across platforms and shaping new products from concept to implementation.
What You'll Do
- Drive the product design lifecycle including research, usability testing, benchmarking, stakeholder validation, wireframing, high fidelity UI designs
- Understand the user personas we will be catering to and build customized, engaging experiences for them
- UI / UX design for responsive websites (mobile, tablet, desktop) and mobile apps (Android, iOS)
- Work closely with stakeholders from different teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Compliance among others
- Review and refine existing designs to drive continuous improvement and evolution
- Build and enhance our component library and design system in line with our overall brand identity
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design preferably in trading systems, fintech, banking, institutional clients, asset managers or HNIs
- Strong design skills for graphics and interactivity and an understanding of UI/UX design patterns
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma)
- Strong communication, collaboration skills; Familiarity with Agile workflows

- Familiarity with trading, photo editing, graphic design would be a plus
