Job Summary

DBiz.ai is looking for 2 Senior Product Designers: One UI-focused, and another UX-focused.

Location: Remote (Base location: Bangalore, India)

About the Role

UI-Focused Senior Product Designer

This role is for someone obsessive about interfaces. You'll demonstrate thoughtful typography, spacing you can defend, and a clear reason behind every design choice. Clean is not decorative, and we can tell the difference in about 30 seconds of looking at your work.

UX-Focused Senior Product Designer

This role is for someone who can think deeply. You will run discovery, structure flows, manage Information Architecture (IA), and comfortably interact with clients throughout the process.

Requirements

Both roles require the following:

• Fluent in design systems, not just consuming one someone else built.
• Experience with AI-assisted design (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, or other preferred tools).
• Ability to take an idea to a real, working prototype independently.
• Comfort working in AI-augmented systems other than Figma as a surface.

Our Design Process & Team

We operate with a unique system. Requirements are modeled once, and our design system is set up as code with tokens and rules. This allows you to generate real screens against it, iterate efficiently, and hand off production-grade designs. You will learn this system within your first couple of weeks. We are a small design team actively engaged in real client work. Consequently, you will be assessed on live projects early on, rather than through a take-home assignment.
