• Own end-to-end design: research ? flows ? pixel-perfect UI
• Collaborate with PMs & engineers to ship features users love
• Evolve and scale our design system (we're going big on consistency + accessibility)
• Mentor junior designers and raise the design bar
• Bring fresh thinking on AI-first design and workflow simplification
