Senior Producer - Creative Communications (On Air Promos), Colors

• End-to-end development and execution of on-air promo campaigns, including launches, sustenance communication, special properties, and channel initiatives.
• Conceptualize promo strategies, scripts, shoot concepts, and creative communication plans aligned with programming and marketing objectives.
• Manage promo shoots, post-production workflows, stakeholder reviews, and final campaign delivery within defined timelines.
• Partner closely with Programming, Marketing, Production, and Digital teams to create impactful audience-facing communication.
• Drive creative innovation through new storytelling formats, editing styles, music, graphics, and emerging technologies including AI.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously enhance promo quality to maximize viewer engagement and tune-in performance. To work closely with the Research team to understand trends in viewership across channels and translate these into action points for OAP
