Expertise in R. Lead Statistical Programmer for multiple trials; own end-to-end programming deliverables under supervision. Coordinate programming across trials; delegate, track progress, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Plan resources and timelines; liaise to adjust plans as needed and set clear expectations. Ensure standard, reusable code and adherence to processes; oversee outsourced programming. Collaborate with Project Data Manager and Project Statistician for smooth delivery; integrate into project teams. Mentor, train, and share expert guidance; participate in initiatives and CRO interactions as needed.
