Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Power BI Developer with strong expertise in building visually compelling, user-friendly dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will be proficient in translating business requirements into actionable insights through intuitive visualizations and high-quality Power BI solutions. The role focuses on dashboard development, KPI reporting, UX-driven analytics, and stakeholder engagement rather than data engineering or platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing analytics solutions.
• Design KPI scorecards, executive dashboards, operational reports, and self-service analytics.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Integrate and analyze data from SharePoint, Excel, CSV files, user templates, and enterprise data sources.
• Perform data transformation using Power Query and DAX.
• Ensure report accuracy, usability, performance, and data quality.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
• Expertise in dashboard design, UX/UI best practices, and data visualization.
• Ability to create clean, polished, and business-friendly reports.
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with SharePoint, Excel, CSV files, and relational databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power BI semantic models.
• Familiarity with self-service analytics and business reporting.
• SQL, Azure data services, and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate) is an advantage.
