Senior Platform Security Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong C/C++ programming experience in embedded or system software
• Solid experience with Android platform security, including:
• Android Framework and HAL (AIDLbased) development
• SELinux policy design and adaptations
• Android Keystore / Keymaster concepts
• Strong Linux system and security knowledge (internals, services, system calls)
• Expertise in security stack development, including:
• Trusted Execution Environment (GP TEE)
• Trusted / secure application development
• Handson experience with cryptography and secure systems:
• OpenSSL, certificates, key management, secure boot
• Symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic algorithms
• Strong background in network security, including:
• Embedded TCP/IP stack
• Firewall and gateway design and implementation
• IPv4/IPv6 and Ethernet concepts
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Jira)
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments

 Good to Have

• Exposure to QNX RTOS and QNX security configuration
• Yocto build system
• CMake, Python, Bash scripting
• Java / Kotlin for Android integration

Preferred candidate profile

• Design and develop securitycritical platform components for Automotive Infotainment
• Implement and maintain Trusted Applications, Keystore, cryptographic, and firewall modules
• Integrate security features across Android and Linux/QNX platforms
• Ensure compliance with platform security best practices and standards
• Drive secure design, code quality, performance, and documentation
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and crossfunctional teams
