Senior Piping Stress Engineer

• Senior Piping Stress Engineer with 5-8 years experience in performing piping stress and flexibility analysis.
• Experience in nuclear pipe stress analysis for pipelines classified as seismic and safety.
• Experience in writing and verifying piping calculation notes and piping hypothesis notes.
• The ideal candidate will execute the work assigned by the Pipe Stress Lead Engineer.
• Ensure QC for compliance with nuclear projects.
• Makes use of 3D models (Navisworks).
• Liaise with other engineers like support and senior engineers for execution of the deliverables.
• Good Knowledge in piping analysis.
• 5+ years on piping engineering calculations.
• Carrying out the dimensioning of pipes and their supports.
• Carrying out counter-calculations of flexibility and support.
• Update the modifications made by the Client's various services.
• Analyse and compare initial results with those modifications.
• Produce the associated calculation notes.
• Update calculations carried out by the Client's various suppliers.
• Instruct modifications in relation to the Client's various services.
• Working with the designers to implement modifications to 3D models.
