Job Description
- Develop and maintain advanced web applications using MVC Frameworks i.e. CodeIgniter / Laravel framework.
- Lead the planning, architecture, and execution of web projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and skill development.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and best practices in web development and Laravel.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in CodeIgniter/Laravel.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Vue.js is a plus).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, version control tools (like Git), and writing unit tests.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience working in an outsourcing or offshoring environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects.
