We are looking for a skilled Senior Operator to join our team at Regaal Resources Pvt. Ltd., responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental management and treatment processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor and control the performance of ETP systems, including effluent treatment and disposal.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on ETP equipment and infrastructure.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as an operator or technician in an ETP setting.
