What would you do Demand and Supply Analyst is responsible for managing tactical demand signals, executing forecast uploads into planning systems (Blue Yonder / SAP IBP), supporting NPI and EOL planning, and partnering closely with Sales, Supply Planning and Category managers to drive end-to-end execution excellence.


What are we looking for Candidate should have 3 to10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and Analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross functional teamsProficienct in ERP systemsUnderstanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processesHands on with Demand & Supply Planning and Order Management Ability to analyze data to bring meaningful insightsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneouslyProblem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve order issuesProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Domain skills:-Demand management, Supply allocation, and End to End Order Management-Good understanding of Go To Market models


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Key Responsibilities:Manage customer and sales demand signals across assigned accounts, ensuring forecasts are uploaded accurately into SAP and aligned with customer expectations. Use SAP for stock allocation and remix tools to monitor and adjust supply commitments, highlight forecast gaps, and coordinate escalations with the supply planning and manufacturing. Collaborate with Operations amanger, Key account teams, and field sales to translate customer signals into executable demand plans. Participate in the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and End-of-Life (EOL) transitions by submitting initial demand and managing customer communications. Prepare and submit escalation files for unfulfilled demand, ensuring critical supply gaps are highlighted and resolved in coordination with factory and planning teams. Prepare, Review and Analyze reports. Support quarterly and monthly planning cycles and long-term demand tracking for strategic accounts.Manage End to end Order Management - POconfirmation, SO creation, Delivery note, Returns, Credit and Debit notes.Forecast Qtrly revenue. Monitor sales and highlight gap to revenue. Advise measures to bridge revenue gaps. Present Revenue forecast to higer mangement.
