Roles and Responsibilities:
Able to resolve issues & maintain IT Infrastructure.
Responsible for architecture, service installation, application and system upgrades, monitoring, proactive alerting, vulnerability management, documentation
Should be able to maintain Active Directory and related services.
Should be able to configure & maintain Cisco Switches, Firewalls , Wireless LAN, WAN & SDWAN
Desired Candidate Profile:
Good knowledge and understanding of Servers, Windows (Expert), and VMWare (Basic), Cisco network (Advanced)
Initial investigation and resolution of technical requests and monitoring alerts.
Ability to build and monitor services in production environment.
Hands-on with Installation, configuration, and management of servers, network components
Monitoring System Performance, Vulnerability & Security systems
Familiar with Information Security & Compliance
Familiar with cloud technologies like Azure/AWS
Good communication skills & exposure to multivendor products
Certification:
CCNA(Must) / Microsoft Windows & Azure/ Information Security
