Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure using ACI, SDN, VXLAN technologies.
- Provide technical support to customers on networking issues related to firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve high-priority incidents affecting network availability.
- Develop documentation for new deployments and configurations changes made during maintenance windows.
Job Requirements :
- 7-25 years of experience in Network Engineering with expertise in switching (Cisco Switches), wireless (WLC) networks.
- Strong understanding of Network Security concepts including Firewall configuration and management.
- Experience working with virtualized environments using VXLAN technology.
- Support Engineer 2 certification or equivalent experience.
