Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
- Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades.
- Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
- Configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls
- Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation/maintenance
- Installing Operating Systems on Blade/Tower Servers with RAID.
- Windows & Linux Systems Hardware/Network performance monitoring using Zabbix or any other monitoring tool
- Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Managing and Mentoring Junior network engineers
- Excellent organizational skills and solid team player
- Solid analytical skills to troubleshoot high level, complex technical problems
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS
- Virtual Machine implementations

Knowledge on configuring/troubleshooting SIP-Clients and media related problems will be a big advantage.
