Experience working with Network QOS

In-depth experience/operational knowledge working with SNMP, NetFlow, and Network Tools

Good knowledge and working experience on ISR ASR with IOS XE platform.

Experience in handling complex production issues, major outages, root cause analysis (RCA) and excellent diagnostic, problem solving skills.

Effective communication with high degree of escalation management

Any graduate or post graduate

8+Years of IT experience.

5+ years of experience in WAN alone, 5 to 7 years is more preferred

L2 Network Support.

Technologies/Protocols: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, IPsec, VPN/DMVPN, MPLS. QoS, Multicast, dot1q, STP, VLANS, VTP, HSRP, VoIP, WLAN, DNS, DHCP, ARP, SNMP, NetFlow, Cisco vPC, FCoE, Cisco Fabric Path

Products: Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Routers (ISR ASR with IOS XE platform), Cisco Nexus Switches, Cisco WAN Accelerators, F5 load-balancers, Cisco ASAs, Cisco Aruba WLAN products, Packet analysis and debugging abilities using a variety of tools (e.g. Ethereal/Wireshark, tcp dump)

Proficient knowledge in scripting (Linux/Unix Shell scripts / Python / Ruby, etc.) and Hands-on experience in Configuration Management and Deployment tools (Chef / Puppet / Ansible / Terraform, etc.)

Good knowledge in CI/CD tools (Jenkins / TeamCity / Bamboo / Travis CI, etc.) and building CI/CD pipelines good knowledge in GIT (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket) or SCM tools (SVN, TFS, etc.)

Cisco certification is preferred CCNA, CCNP/CCDP (Routing Switching), CCIE.
