Senior .Net Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and implement microservices-based architectures.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices using OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
• Deploy and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure using CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient software delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in .NET application development.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Azure Cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Clean Architecture.
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as Angular or React is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
