Senior Microsoft AI Consultant

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer (Senior Consultant) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent-based solutions leveraging Microsoft AI technologies. This role focuses on building scalable AI-driven applications and enhancing enterprise processes through automation and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent-based frameworks.
• Build, test, and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within enterprise systems and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and reusable components.
• Ensure solution performance, reliability, and alignment with enterprise security and governance standards.
• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

• Experience with Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services.
• Experience supporting large transformation or digital modernization programs
• Familiarity with testing tools, deployment cycles, and release management practices
• Experience working across multiple industries or complex business environments

What we look for

• Relevant Experience (AI/Agent-based solutions): 1+ Years
• Prior experience in client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery engagements.
• Degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent with relevant industry experience.
• Microsoft AI certification is preferred.
