Senior MERN Stack Developer (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with experience in cloud technologies, microservices, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

- Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

- Design, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and UI/UX teams.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

- Ensure high code quality through testing and best development practices.
