Analyse large number datasets using Yumi, BARC, Excel (advanced formulas), and other analytics tools.
Deliver qualitative and quantitative insights supporting programming, marketing, and channel teams.
FPC planning & execution: Analyse NPT dayparts, competitive segmentation, and identify strategies to boost ratings.
Collaborate on feasibility assessments of new program formats including market targeting and genre growth potential.
Working on business presentations.
Smooth co-ordination with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and shared objectives

Project Leadership & Innovation

Working on key projects and innovations that would increase the % network share
Optimize promo planning on home channel through strategic insights.
Build and deploy proprietary data models that will increase business efficiency and effectiveness

Competitor & Media Analysis

Keeping track of TVR ratings for various genres and competitor channel programs
Keep up-to-date with industry changes, case studies and regulatory impacts through internal and external networks

Experience: 6+ years in research, insights or strategy roles BARC + TV broadcast experience a strong plus.

Education: MBA or masters degree (engineering or analytics background preferred).

Technical Skills:

Proficient with Yumi- BARC analytics, and power point presentations.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).

Experience with large-scale quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Soft Skills:

Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset.

Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional partnerships.

Coordinating smoothly between operations and other function team.
