Senior Manager - Sailpoint IIQ Development

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Application onboarding, including configuration of creation, correlation, and build map rules.Advanced configuration (workflow, rules, reports)
• Gathering Requirements, Developing build map rules, LCM Events and workflows
• Developing IAM Solutions using SailPoint IIQ
• Represent Identity and Enterprise Security in project work, providing professional guidance and advice and ensuring delivery in line with Standards and IAM principles

Job Requirements :

• Strong Understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ Architecture
• Proficiency in SailPoint Rule Development (BeanShell / Java)
• Hands-On Expertise in Application Onboarding & Connectors
• Identity Lifecycle Management (JML) Concepts
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) & Access Model Design
• Access Certifications & Governance Concepts
• CI/CD Pipelines for SailPoint (Azure DevOps / GitLab / Jenkins
• 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes and IGA platforms
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working with SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ), concepts and features;
• A good understanding of IAM principles.
