Senior Manager- Risk

Role & responsibilities

• Drive Operational Risk and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives.
• Conduct Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and control reviews.
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and prepare risk dashboards.
• Manage operational risk incidents, loss events, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Develop and enhance risk policies, frameworks, and governance processes.
• Support Risk Committee meetings and present risk reports to senior leadership.
• Partner with business teams to strengthen internal controls and risk mitigation plans.
• Promote risk awareness and ensure regulatory compliance across functions.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and business stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in Operational Risk / Enterprise Risk Management / Risk Governance.
• Strong experience in RCSA, KRIs, Internal Controls, Risk Assessment, Governance, and Operational Risk Frameworks.
• Experience in Insurance (Life/General), Insurance GCC, Banking, NBFC, or BFSI.
• Exposure to audits, regulatory compliance, and risk committee reporting is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
