Senior Manager - Procurement - SCO

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our procurement team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and process efficiencies.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best-in-class services and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.
• Implement and maintain robust supplier management systems to ensure compliance and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Experience with procurement software and systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Educational qualification: Any Graduate.
