Senior Manager - Plant HRBP

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partner for Multiple Plants

• HRBP for 3 manufacturing sites.
• Deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as primary HR point of contact for plant managers & employees.
• Drive employee engagement and resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure local practices align with corporate policies and business objectives.

2. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze HR metrics including headcount, hiring, attrition, engagement, productivity & manpower cost.
• Use advanced analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
• Prepare monthly & quarterly reports / presentations for senior management.
• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Engagement Surveys.
• Perform Predictive Analytics.

3. Labour Compliance & Governance

• Ensure statutory labour compliance across all manufacturing plants and corporate office through local statutory compliance SPOCs.
• Track compliance through the CompliGlobal portal.
• Conduct audits & rectify non-compliance or gaps immediately.
• Stay abreast of evolving labour laws & regulations.

4. Employee Engagement & Employee Life Cycle Management

• Oversee employee life cycle management, including but not limited to HR operations, Employee Relations, and Labour compliance.
• Foster a positive, productive & inclusive work culture.
• Drive retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support annual performance processing across all plants.

Requirements & Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

• Experience: 1316 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Education: Full-time MBA in HR (or equivalent degree in HR Management).

• Core Expertise: Strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and labour compliance.

• Technical & AI Skills:
• Proficiency in Data Analytics tools (Google Suite).
• Proficiency in using the latest AI tools like Gemini and NotebookLM.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills with a result-oriented mindset.
