Senior Manager Mep

Role & responsibilities

• Lead execution of all MEP activities across residential projects from construction through handover.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, budgets, and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, Contracts, QA/QC, and CRM teams for seamless project execution.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
• Drive testing, commissioning, and successful handover of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize project costs through value engineering and efficient resource utilization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop MEP teams while driving high performance and accountability.
• Support customer handovers by ensuring timely resolution of MEP-related issues.
