Job Description
The Senior Manager Legal & Compliance is responsible for managing all legal and regulatory matters for TIL and its group companies. The role ensures organizational compliance with applicable laws, oversees legal documentation and cases, provides strategic legal advice to management, and mitigates legal risks through proactive planning and resolution.
Key Objectives
Manage and oversee legal cases to ensure favorable outcomes
Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policy alignment
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Draft and implement legal policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
Handle legal cases across courts, tribunals, and arbitration forums
Vet legal filings, notices, and official communications
Manage agreements, MOUs, deeds, and commercial contracts
Coordinate with external legal counsels and stakeholders
Provide legal advisory on business transactions and strategies
Identify and mitigate legal risks
Maintain documentation and legal records
