Handle end-to-end leasing cycle lead generation, negotiation, deal closure, and handover.
Negotiate commercial terms, lease agreements, LOIs, and renewals.
Coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and facility teams for smooth execution.
Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and key clients.
Analyze market trends, competitor rentals, and demand-supply dynamics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal norms, and leasing SOPs.
Prepare leasing MIS, forecasts, revenue reports, and management dashboards.
Support leadership in portfolio expansion and new project launches.
Manage and mentor leasing managers / executives.
