Job Description

Role: Senior Manager (Pre-Sales) Nexus AI Platform (Solution Architect & Product Evangelist)
Business Line: Digital Business Operations (KPO)
Location: Mumbai

Number of Positions: 2

1. Business Rationale

Atos DBO is pivoting from a traditional KPO model to a platform-led, AI-driven operating model (Nexus AI) focused on outcome-based delivery.

To successfully commercialize and scale Nexus, we require client-facing solution leaders who can:

  • Translate business processes into AI-led operating models
  • Engage CXOs and drive transformation conversations
  • Convert opportunities into platform adoption

2. Role Purpose

This role will act as a Nexus Platform Champion”—operating at the intersection of:

  • Consulting (client advisory)
  • Solution architecture (designing AI-led workflows)
  • Product evangelism (driving platform adoption)

3. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients (COO/CFO/CIO level) to position Nexus AI and drive transformation discussions
  • Lead discovery, identify high-value use cases, and define AI-led solutions
  • Design end-to-end solution architecture (POC Platform Outcome model)
  • Support sales and RFPs with solution design, proposals, and client presentations
  • Build reusable use-case playbooks across Wealth, Insurance, Healthcare, and F&A
  • Act as the internal and external evangelist for Nexus AI

4. Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 12–18 years in consulting / solution architecture / digital transformation
  • Strong client-facing experience in BFSI / Insurance / Healthcare / Finance Ops
  • Background in pre-sales, transformation consulting, or platform-led delivery

Core Capabilities

  • Strong consulting and storytelling ability (CXO engagement)
  • Understanding of AI / automation / workflow platforms
  • Ability to translate business problems into architecture
  • Experience in selling transformation (not just delivery execution)

5. Success Metrics

  • Pipeline influenced and revenue contribution
  • CXO-level engagements completed
  • Reusable solution playbooks created


This is a critical hire for the success of the Nexus platform, directly impacting:

  • Go-to-market execution
  • Client adoption
  • Transition from FTE-led to platform-led revenue
