What you can look forward to as Senior Manager - Supply chain (m/f/d):

• Implementation of Sourcing Purchasing VAVE/CRP projects to attain YoY target savings of 3% from Yearly spend value.
• Future projects pipeline creation by handling Localization, Re-sourcing, VAVE-CRP projects, Nego projects, SOB change projects from High to Low cost suppliers, Proximity analysis to reduce transport costs Direct buy projects.
• SWAT case creation and approval for new business, source change, second source introduction and process change etc.
• Ensure QCD with all suppliers to support sales marketing team.
• Handling all commercial workings, increase and decrease approvals, Part Tooling PO amendment.
• Capacity management with key suppliers, Machine hour rate and process cost calculation for price negotiation with suppliers.
• Developing cost estimates projections for commodities like Stamping, Forging, Casting (PDC/GDC/Ferrous), Sintering, Plastic Injection/Compression molding, Rubber parts, Springs, Motors, Fabrication Standard parts.

Your Profile as Senior Manager - Supply chain (m/f/d):

• Bachelors degree in supply chain, Value Management
• 10 to 15 years Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.Strong communication and coordination skills
