Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our Secured Business Loan portfolio through Loan Against Property (LAP) in Chennai. This role focuses on optimizing branch banking channels and closing high-ticket transactions. You will manage internal branch leads and lead a team of Direct Sales Teams (DST) to achieve target disbursements.
Key Details

• Position: Senior Relationship Manager Prime LAP
• Age Limit: 35 years and below
• Location: Chennai
• Ticket Size: 1 Crores to 15 Crores

Core Responsibilities

• Branch Mapping: Manage and visit 3 to 4 mapped bank branches daily to close loan disbursements.
• Lead Sourcing: Focus primarily on internal branch leads rather than DSAs or open market sourcing.
• HNI Engagement: Handle High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients directly and source high-value referral leads from them.
• Team Management: Guide and manage 3 to 4 Direct Sales Team (DST) executives to maximize team productivity and sourcing.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in LAP, Secured Business Loans, or Mortgage loan sales.
• Dual Management: Prior experience balancing branch banking channels and open market/DSA channels simultaneously is a strong advantage.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills tailored for HNI clients.
