Senior Manager - Information Technology

Candidate will be responsible for technical oversight on complex IT projects and execute best practices of project management to ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT solutions. As well he/she would be assisting the Manager/Head in various project related activities including production support.

• Communicating effectively with Development Team/ Vendor Team on explanation of Project Scope, Business requirement, User stories and validating the end implementation of the requirements.
• Communicating with product managers on product roadmap, prioritization of requirements and defining release plans.
• Communicating effectively with business stakeholders to acquire user feedback and refine requirements.
• Effectively capturing business requirements and shaping it into BRD & FSD.
• Writing test scenarios and performing UAT jointly with the business team.
• Handle Production support and Project Management simultaneously.
