Senior Manager - Finance ( Planing, MIS and Collection's)

Key Responsibilities

1. Monthly Financial Reporting & Analysis (50%)

• Manage end-to-end analysis and timely delivery of monthly MIS reports, including updates for costs, FTE records, and expense templates.
• Track debtor movement (categorized by month, bucket, and client).
• Prepare comprehensive sales summaries and run comparative analysis against prior months for portfolio reporting.
• Perform analysis on operational expenses including payroll, leases, SG&A, and insurance.
• Monitor client-wise revenue fluctuations, service adjustments, terminations, and one-time billing changes.

2. Branch-Level MIS & Collection Management (25%)

• Develop internal monthly branch MIS and establish annual branch-level budgets.
• Monitor overdue accounts across branches, analyze payment delays, and maintain an updated collection tracking system.
• Audit and manage travel records, vouchers, and branch expenses.

3. Budgetary Planning & Forecasting (15%)

• Compile accurate year-end budget projections based on monthly performance trends.
• Drive quarterly financial forecasting cycles and create monthly P&L / Portfolio outlooks (1+11 to 11+1 models).

4. Audit & Financial Oversight (10%)

• Act as the key liaison for internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of auditor inquiries.
• Conduct periodic reconciliations and risk analyses of imprest advances, security deposits, and bank guarantees.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely closure of monthly/quarterly financial reporting and forecasts.
• YTD Collection efficiency and achievement of branch/corporate budgetary goals.
• Accuracy and speed in audit closures and regulatory compliance.
