Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, setup, and acquisition of external clinical trial data, ensuring consistent, high-quality data collection across studies and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for external data management, including defining data transfer specifications, ensuring compliance with clinical database standards, and overseeing timely data receipt and issue resolution.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks impacting study deliverables while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, developing smart systems, maintaining SOPs, supporting audits and inspections, and mentoring team members.
• Build strong cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships, representing the organization in strategic initiatives and industry collaborations.
