Senior Manager - EHS

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned, Senior Manager Safety to lead the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) mandate for our upcoming high-rise residential project, Anantha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying rigorous zero-harm protocols, specifically managing the safety risks associated with high-rise structures utilizing modern Screen Systems (Self-Climbing, Perimeter Protection / Wind Shields).

Key Responsibilities

• High-Rise Safety Implementation: Establish and govern end-to-end safety systems for high-rise residential towers, ensuring 100% compliance during structure, blockwork, and finishing phases.
• Screen System Governance: Oversight of the erection, jumping, dismantling, and structural integrity of perimeter protection screen systems. Monitor structural anchoring and hydraulic/crane-assisted lifting safety.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure the site functions strictly in alignment with Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act, and local pollution control board guidelines.
• Incident Prevention & Audits: Lead comprehensive risk assessments (HIRA) for critical height works, heavy lifting, and tower crane operations. Conduct daily site audits and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Training & Culture: Drive a safety-first culture on-site via structured induction, specialized height-work training, and toolbox talks for sub-contractor workforces.
