Job Description

Senior Manager-Digital Platforms Engineering

This role has been designed as Onsite with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Lead engineering delivery for networking customer portal, digital platforms, service integration of platforms, and Salesforce-integrated customer tools. Drive scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and customer experience goals.

What youll do:

Platform Delivery Enterprise Integration

  • Build and deliver customer portals, support platforms, and service integration solutions
  • Translate platform architecture and product requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
  • Integrate platforms with Salesforce, CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems
  • Enable seamless, real-time data flow via APIs, middleware, and microservices
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance systems

Customer Experience

  • Deliver intuitive, mobile-ready self-service and support capabilities
  • Support omnichannel engagement across web, mobile, APIs, and chat

Engineering Execution Operations

  • Lead Agile/DevOps delivery across the full SDLC
  • Oversee frontend, backend, APIs, and microservices development
  • Ensure code quality, security, and CI/CD best practices
  • Own delivery timelines, system reliability, and performance metrics
  • Drive issue resolution, release management, and continuous improvement

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor engineering teams
  • Provide technical guidance and drive execution excellence

What you need to bring:

  • 15 18 years of software engineering experience; 5+ years in leadership
  • Experience building customer-facing web platforms
  • Strong Salesforce and enterprise integration expertise
  • Experience with modern web technologies, APIs, cloud, and microservices
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD
