Senior Manager Designer

• Lead the design and development of the shirts category from concept to final product
• Translate global trends into consumer-relevant, market-ready collections
• Drive innovation across fabrics, fits, washes and styling
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sourcing and development teams
• Ensure collections are delivered on time, on cost and on trend
• Own the journey from trend forecasting to fit approvals and final execution
• Balance creativity with commercial viability and margin goals
• 10-12+ years of experience in fashion design product development
• Strong background in shirts/denim/casualwear (jeanswear experience is a plus)
• Deep understanding of fabric, garment construction and washes
• Proven ability to build trend-forward yet commercially successful collections
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (digital design exposure is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A mindset that blends creativity with business impact
