As the exclusive licensee for Lee, Wrangler and G-STAR in India, we are looking for a creative powerhouse to lead our knits category and shape collections that truly resonate with today\'s consumer.

End-to-end design of the knits category from concept to in-store
Building trend-forward, consumer-relevant collections aligned with brand DNA
Driving innovation across graphics, fabrics, silhouettes and finishes
Translating insights into commercially strong product lines
Collaborating closely with product, sourcing and development teams
Managing timelines, costs and quality to deliver on time and on target

10-12+ years in fashion design development
Strong experience in knits and graphic design (6+ years)
Deep understanding of fabric, garment construction and washes
A sharp eye for trends with a strong commercial mindset
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (digital design is a plus)
Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
