Role: Senior Manager - Business Analysis
- Lead the analytics agenda for our sales and go-to-market organisation - converting secondary sales, distribution, and market data into ROI-led decisions that drive revenue growth and field productivity.
- Own the reporting estate end to end: sustain and enhance existing dashboards and scorecards, and build new assets as GTM priorities evolve.
- Bring emerging analytics technologies (AI/GenAI, advanced BI, automation) into the way we work, upgrading both capability and speed of decision support.
- Partner with Sales, IT, and Digital to build scalable data products and embed analytics into the sales operating rhythm.
- 7-10 years in business/commercial analytics, ideally FMCG, building materials, or consumer durables, with strong SQL/BI skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
