Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager - MEP

1. Lead the end-to-end management of MEP services, including Project Management, procurement, site execution, testing, commissioning, Billing and project closeout for HT/LT electrical installations (HV/LV systems), HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, security, and access control systems.
2. Develop, plan, and monitor detailed MEP schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of time and resources for large building and township projects.
3. Coordinate effectively with consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth and timely execution of all MEP-related work.
4. Drive new initiatives and optimize resource utilization to maximize project profitability.
5. Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and suggest corrective actions proactively to the MEP Head/MEP In charge.
6. Foster a collaborative environment that ensures all MEP works comply with safety and regulatory standards.
7. Follow and maintain the Quality Standards as laid down by the Company.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years in the Developer segment of High Rise Residential and Commercial. Should be from an electrical background.
