Your Roles and Responsibilities

Design, train, and optimize complex neural networks, including:

CNNs for image-based tasks

Graph-based models (GCN or similar)

Advanced architectures such as KAN or equivalent

Fine-tune large pre-trained models on small, specialized datasets (image +

clinical/text descriptors)

Implement feature selection techniques (LASSO Regression, Random

Forest, etc.) to remove redundant or insignificant features

Design and implement multi-modal fusion architectures combining image

and text data

Define and optimize custom loss functions enforcing cross-modal

consistency and complementary learning

Evaluate models using task-specific metrics for classification,

segmentation, and object detection

Support multi-label classification strategies and guide data annotation

approaches

Required Skills & Experience

Strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning

Hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow

Proven expertise in model optimization and performance evaluation

Experience with multi-modal learning (image + text)

Ability to work independently in an R&D-focused, fast-iteration setup
