Senior Legal Counsel

VisaPro Senior Legal Advisors will:

• Help our clients with their employment based immigrant and non-immigrant visas (E, H, L, O, P, PERM, adjustment of status documents)
• Offer assistance to corporate, non-profit, professional and individual clients
• Provide management and guidance to junior paralegals
• Perform research and analysis from varied sources for special projects

The ideal candidate should:

• Have practical experience of 3-5 years in any legal area
• Be willing to learn legal procedures of other countries
• Be aggressive, and able to handle responsibility
• Have excellent writing skills and utmost attention to detail
