Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React Native, and modern application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications across backend and mobile/frontend layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and React Native.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Build responsive and high-performance mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
- Develop reusable UI components and integrate frontend/mobile applications with backend REST APIs.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on application design and development.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Required Technical Skills
- 8-10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17+ and object-oriented programming.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native and mobile application development.
- Experience developing and deploying applications for iOS and Android.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, Zustand, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of microservices, design patterns, API integration, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or OCI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on enterprise-scale applications and cloud-native solutions.
- Knowledge of Terraform, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code is a plus.
- Experience with application monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
