Service Line Digital Experience
Responsibilities - Design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Build scalable microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven solutions using Kafka.
- Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into business applications.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Implement automated testing using Playwright and other testing frameworks.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Nice to HaveAI, Cloud, or Kubernetes certifications.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development practices.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation or modernization programs.
- Strong mentoring, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams and customer-facing engagements.
- Technical Expertise9-15 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Spring Security, Microservices, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile delivery.
- Experience building scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise applications.
- AI / GenAI RequirementsUnderstanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience or exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Copilot, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
- Ability to identify and implement AI-driven business solutions.
- Automation Testing SkillsKnowledge of test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to Playwright for UI and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Ability to integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
