- Job Title: Consultant Mobile Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Consultant Mobile Developer with 8-14 years of professional experience building, scaling, and delivering enterprise-grade mobile applications across both iOS and Android ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in multiple mobile programming languages and frameworks, strong UI/UX sensibilities, robust knowledge of cloud-native development, and an enterprise-wide security mindset. Experience integrating with IoT and medical devices (Bluetooth/WiFi), and optimizing performance across device and cloud is essential.
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-class mobile applications for iOS and Android, defining architecture, deployment strategies, and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure UI/UX excellence aligned with Apple HIG and design systems; implement accessible, responsive, and user-centric interfaces.
- Enforce secure coding practices, compliance controls, and enterprise security policies (privacy, encryption, identity/access management).
- Integrate mobile apps with IoT and medical devices using BLE/WiFi; deliver reliable connectivity, interoperability, and secure data exchange.
- Optimize performance: session lifecycle management, caching strategies, memory/battery/network efficiency, and offline-first capabilities.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, signing, and multi-environment releases (TestFlight/Play tracks/enterprise distribution).
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Design, Cloud/Platform, Security, QA, DevOps) and with third-party partners to deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor engineers, drive best practices (code reviews, standards), and contribute reusable components and shared libraries.
- Own production reliability: observability/telemetry, incident response, documentation of architectures, APIs, security controls, and runbooks.
- Operate effectively in fast-changing environments; rapidly prototype and deliver just-in-time solutions with high ownership.
- Analyze, design, implement, and maintain iOS apps using Swift, SwiftUI, Combine; leverage UIKit, CoreData, CoreAnimation; use advanced frameworks (CoreBluetooth, ARKit, SceneKit) where appropriate.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services; manage authentication/authorization; write clean, maintainable, efficient code.
- Perform unit/integration/UI testing; use Xcode debugging and performance tools; monitor and address performance issues and defects promptly.
- Adhere to App Store guidelines; manage release readiness; collaborate with DevOps to streamline deployments (including Azure DevOps).
- Use Git for version control; follow Agile practices; collaborate on requirements with BAs, project leads, management, and customers.
- Participate in large-scale initiatives spanning multiple teams/domains; integrate new/existing apps with enterprise systems.
- Apply value-based decision-making and mobile-native principles; share knowledge to grow team capabilities.
- Participate in deployment/change/configuration management; focus on customer satisfaction; gather requirements and deliver solutions with minimal oversight.
- Qualification: B. Tech or Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related fields
- Years of Experience: 8-14 years of hands-on mobile development delivering enterprise-grade applications.
