Senior Information Security Engineer (III)
We are looking for a Senior Information Security Engineer with deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to strengthen our identity and access security controls. The ideal candidate will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of CyberArk PAM solutions, ensuring secure management of human, non-human, and agentic privileged identities across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
  • PAM Solution Management
    • Deploy, configure, and maintain CyberArk PAM infrastructure.
    • Manage privileged identities for human, non-human, and agent-based accounts.
    • Implement password rotation policies for non-human privileged accounts and ensure dependent applications integrate seamlessly for updated credentials.
  • Secret Session Management
    • Design and implement secret management strategies for applications and services.
    • Configure and monitor session management for privileged accounts to ensure compliance and security.
    • Perform PAM discovery to identify and onboard privileged accounts across the environment.
  • Integration Automation
    • Integrate PAM solutions with enterprise applications and systems.
    • Develop automation scripts for password rotation, account onboarding, and compliance reporting.
  • Incident Response Troubleshooting
    • Lead investigations related to privileged account misuse or anomalies.
    • Provide Tier-3 support for PAM-related incidents and escalations.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with IAM, SOC, and application teams to align PAM initiatives.
    • Support audits and regulatory compliance requirements related to privileged access.
  • Security Posture Improvement
    • Identify gaps in privileged access controls and propose enhancements.
    • Stay updated on emerging PAM technologies and best practices.
    • Contribute to overall identity security strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
  • 5+ years in Information Security with a focus on PAM.
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM deployment and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of secret management, session management, and privileged account discovery.
Skills:
  • Expertise in password rotation and application integration for non-human accounts.
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
  • Understanding of identity security frameworks and compliance standards.
Certifications (Preferred):
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
  • CyberArk Certified Trustee or Defender.
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
