We are looking for a skilled Senior In-House SAP Consultant FTM with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Oerlikon, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP value stream FTM and excellent knowledge of the FTM stream.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyzes and defines solutions within Incident, Change-, Portfolio- and Project-Process.
Understands business issues and data challenges, suggesting areas of improvement.
Leads projects and initiatives in the FTM stream area.
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to the proposed solution.
Develop functional specifications and system design specifications.
Recommends technical solutions and collaborates with consultants from other streams such as OTC, PTP, and DTS.
Takes responsibilities in the 2nd and 3rd level support.
Contributes to driving Oerlikon into Digitalization.
Manages external AMS partner and drives process harmonization, building a global process catalog.
Possesses basic knowledge of ABAP and strong communication skills.
Demonstrates the ability to solve problems and manage client expectations effectively.
Exhibits independence and self-motivation, teamwork, and customer orientation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
Excellent language skills in English.
Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP value stream FTM.
Advanced FTM stream knowledge and end-to-end process customizing and integration experience.
Experience and understanding of related SAP ERP Streams like OTC, PTP, DTS, etc., including full-circle implementations.
Basic knowledge of ABAP is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
Independence and self-motivation, teamwork, and customer orientation.
