- Proven experience in battery system design, regulations, and attributes .
- Strong foundation in mechatronics and system engineering methodologies .
- Demonstrated ability to lead structured discussions and resolve conflicts with challenging stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with DFM, cleanliness, end-of-line testing, and functional safety standards .
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Senior HV Battery System Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of advanced high-voltage battery systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in electrical engineering, battery design principles, and system engineering, combined with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder discussions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of HV battery systems, ensuring compliance with global battery regulations and industry standards.
- Define and optimize battery attributes (performance, safety, durability, efficiency) in alignment with vehicle and system requirements.
- Apply strong electrical engineering knowledge and mechatronics fundamentals to develop robust battery architectures.Drive system engineering principles to ensure structured requirements management, traceability, and validation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) , cleanliness standards , and end-of-line processes are integrated into product development.
- Champion functional safety practices (ISO 26262 or equivalent) to ensure safe operation of HV battery systems.
- Facilitate and lead complex technical discussions with diverse stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturing, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of structured problem-solving and innovation.
