Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, and statutory compliance for employees.
• Handle employee grievances and engagement activities to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure timely completion of HR generalist activities such as recruitment, on boarding, and off boarding processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance.
